I am trying to get a general consensus on weather it would be easier to sell a 37 foot catamaran as a Float away ( Motors, Sails, Limited Structural fit out only) or complete ?
As I have 2 projects and one will fund completion of the other.

My opinion the market for a floataway is much more limited that the market for something more complete. I think you would also encounter a lot of bargain hunters looking for a cheap project who would bid very low.
