Does This Cleat Hitch Look "Right" To You?

Thanks for your help.
We recently took a sailing class, and the captain put two docking lines on this cleat. To us, this looks like a mess, and I was wondering if this should have been tied in another manner.

Looks like a "Cluster Hitch" or maybe what in USCG boot camp they called a "Hatchet Hitch"

Looks like a "Cluster Hitch" or maybe what in USCG boot camp they called a "Hatchet Hitch"
At least one of the weather hitches is thrown backwards.
