DIY Marina in Corpus Christi

..i believe Clear Lake Marine Center in nassau bay (did) allow some DIY work..

I was told by an astronaut not one week ago that Clear Lake Marine Center is currently allowing diy.

He seemed trustworthy but it is hard to tell with those crafty space dudes.

Pier 77 in Galveston maybe. Clear Lake Marine Center does allow some DIY last time I checked. I'd contact both and explain what you have in mind.
