Dinghy dockage, Canton, Baltimore inner harbor?

We're considering visiting the great city of Baltimore, and would like to anchor either in Canton, or the Baltimore inner harbour. Our preference being in the inner harbour, if there's a place to dock the dink.

Does anyone know where we can dock the dinghy, for a small fee, or for free? I don't want to pay $10 an hour to stop at a restaurant dock, I don't consider that to be a small fee.

I heard there was an anchorage in Canton, and a dinghy dock there too, but I simply can't find the dinghy dock on google earth, or on the charts. I read that the dinghy dock is at the water taxi dock, but I don't see that either. Can someone tell me specifically where they put their dinghy? No guesses please, I'm good at guessing too, but I'd like actual knowledge of where to put the dinghy for a few hours while we do the tourist thing in Baltimore.

The dinghy dock at Canton is between the two marinas. It's called the Boston Street Pier Park. Nice dock and right across the street from Safeway.

Jt11791 is correct, I've used it many times. I've also spent the night anchored in the inner harbor and tied the dinghy near where the taxi lands, but I don't suggest that.

I have an empty slip in Anchorage Marina, right next to the park with the dinghy dock mentioned above, feel free to pm me and I'll arrange for you to use the slip for the dinghy, probably won't fit your cat.
