Depth of Barataria Waterway
Does anybody know the actual depth of the Barataria waterway (LA)?

I draw 5'7" and it looks like a convenient way to get from the GOM into the ICW west of Harvey locks.

Navionics shows the GOM side of the entrance to be 2ft (2007 datum) but some of NOAAs charts indicate 15ft project depth.
