Delivery costs? (Florida to Georgian Bay (Lake Huron)

How much should I expect to spend to have a 45-50' catamaran delivered from Miami to Lake Huron and then back to Miami each year?

Here's the scenario- we live aboard in Miami, and spend summers in Canada. Girlfriend wants to buy lakefront property in Canada (Georgian Bay), but my thought is, why not just move our liveaboard back and forth each year? (Miami to the lake in mid May, the lake to Miami in mid October.)

If we proceed with this crazy idea, how much will it cost us each year?
(we will not be on the boat during delivery)

21 days (approx...... it's a boat) $350 - $450 per day, 1/2 rate for lay days (weather/mechanical etc.) + All expenses and I do mean all including return flights for two crew.

PS don't forget cost of unstepping mast on the Hudson and re-stepping at Lake Ontario.
