Yes that is correct the 4th time I crossed the Equator it was at 180° Longitude at about 0230 I was on damage control watch supervisor at that exact time . Was no ceremoni as we had done the polygon initiation on the crossing further west heading to fremantle .

Andi see your local to me with over 3000 miles of protected coastline to gunkhole around in , Puget sound. I'm close to the Navy shipyard

I live across the pond in South Everett. I had an O'Day 39 (AKA Jeanneau Sun Fizz) I sailed out of Anacortes. The recent loss of a leg has ended my sailing life and I sold my boat. She is now in Canada.

Sorry to hear that . I engineer on a 50 ft yacht crabber out of Anacortes every summer and early fall also have several customers there on sailboats.
