Covid and sailing from Italy to NZ

Hi to all,
Just wondering how many cruisers are thinking of relocating their cruising ground due to the virus? We have spent the last 2 seasons enjoying Turkey, Greece and Croatia, our plan was to do another 2 seasons but sadly now feel that it would be better to have our boat closer to home. We have booked our flights to arrive in Venice on the 17th September and our plan was to sail to New Zealand over 10-12 months, this obviously depends on how borders and ports have opened.
Just wondering if any other Australians and New Zealanders we’re thinking of doing the same?
