Checking/Out in with just Bill of Sale
I am sure I will get answers like 'it depends' but I need to ask. Is it possible to check into a country and out with just a Bill of Sale and old registry papers from UK? USCG documentation department is 3 months behind and we would like to leave Trinidad for either Grenada or Bequia soon and it took 2 months to get the application accepted. Really don't want to wait months to get out of here.

Anybody here done it with any country? How hard was it to clear?
