Cheap marinas around Charleston area?

Do they exist? Got to find a place to keep my 34' sailboat for roughly 3 weeks before a scheduled haul out and transport in Charleston Area. City Marina and Ashley Marina were very high priced.

Any budget placers in that area that I can investigate?

I can't help you down there but I'm at a nice cheap diy marina in NJ not far from the C&D canal.

Cheapest I found when I was looking last year was Dolphin Cove Marina, but my "big boat" purchase never took off.

Can a sailboat even get to Dolphin Cove marina? Isn't there a bridge that is not very sailboat friendly?

Cooper River Marina, owned and operated by Charleston County Parks. Not sure of the prices but probably among the cheapest.

You can get to Dolphin Cove with a sailboat but do have to go through the Ashley River bridges.
Also you could try the St. Johns Yacht Harbor. It's off the harbor, also have to go through a draw bridge but a nice, safe place..

What do you mean by cheap? Tolers Cove is 46c per foot if you take it for a month might depend on your draft. https://www.jjins.com/Tolerscovemarina/SlipFees.asp

I may be wrong? I believe the City Marina has a yard on the Wando River. Maybe you could work something out to include hauling.
