mango harvesting...

I used to harvest mangos with Gordy, me up in the tree with my extra-long boat hook, and he on the ground catching them as they fell. We would easily fill up a 5 gallon bucket this way.

I harvested coconuts with the hook as well.

One day his wife is walking past the coconut trees and one fell next to her, and she blamed me!!!

Maybe the tree was trying to extract revenge for being messed with???
