Cavalier 37 verse Oceanic 42

I am considering purchasing either a Cavalier 37 or a Savage Oceanic 42. Does anyone know any negative points about either of these yachts.
I am also trying to understand the performance comparison?

Both nice boats. Can't compare them really. Big size difference. The Cav is a good sailor across the breeze range. The Oceanic I think appreciates a bit more breeze.
