Catalina 400 vs 445

We currently sail a 1997 C400, mostly coastal weekends and weeklong cruising.

Get to retire / sail away next June and we are sure we would be comfortable living aboard her.

However, going this weekend to inspect and possibly make an offer on a 2013 C445. Really think we’d like the extra storage, speed and the shallower draft.

2 questions:
1) has anyone sailed both boats? Would appreciate your opinions.
2) any known factory issues on the C445 that I should closely inspect?
