Carbon, Whales, More Buoys, Oh My

Running Tide Technologies. Is this the future of low tech carbon capture? Will Marine Science, Wall Street, and the EPA ever work together?
Plastic, Rope, micro plastics, whales and on the other side of the table...the grim alternative of doing nothing.
Will a sea of kelp buoys define where one can sail?
Inquiring manatees look forward to this discussion.
Happy trails to you.

Thank you for the info Manatee Man. We need bold ideas, and this definitely looks like one of them... Only time will tell if it works.
Fair winds!
