Buying new genoa

Has anyone purchased a new sail from National Sail Supply of Ft. Myers, Fl? If so, what was the quality of their work?

Do you know if they make the sails they sell? Not sure if that matters.
I had a new jenny made by UK Sails in City Island NY, after they ruined my old sail they tried to repair.
The new sail was a nitemare. the way it was cut the boat wouldn't point worth a damn. I had them recut it before I left for points south and it still sucked. After it was recut 3 more times by different lofts, it was a good sail.
On the other side of the coin, I bought an imported main sail from Lee sails, and it was perfect out of the bag.
I'm sure my experience was a rare experience, but never the less it happened.
Another thing that happened was when I picked up the sail, I looked at the fabric, and asked a worker what weight it was. I had specified a heavier weight cloth. When I told the owner about it, he said basically, take it or leave it, but they aren't making me a new sail. We are giving you asail for half price, blah, blah, blah. Yeah, but you admitted you ruined my old sail. Anyhow, it was getting cold and I needed to head south, so I took it. Then the recutting over the next year started.
Thank God I don't need a new sail any time soon!
