Brokers

Hi everybody,
Can anyone refer me to a responsible, good Broker in the St. Petersburg area that works for the buyer?

Re: Brokers

I dealt with Warren Bjumark of St. Petersburg Yacht Sales both when I purchased my last boat and when I sold it. I was very satisfied in both cases. Both times he was acting as seller's agent, but I would assume he could be hired to represent the buyer.
I'm curious - why exactly would you want a buyer's agent?

Re: Brokers

I bought a Boat in St. Pete a few years ago, and had great luck with Bill Wiard at Massey Yacht sales.

They have an office at the Harborage Marina, just south of the Dali museum.o
I experienced a lot of bad brokers before I found Bill.

He showed me a lot of boats, and did not give up on me as a serious buyer.

It is still a buyers market.

Good luck.
