Up a bit.. then hang a hard left and down a bit.. then hang a right and tie up for the night..

Ann.. plan on heading S down to Cap Verdes.. then hang a right.. should be below and E of any developments around mid Nov when I plan on the last leg.. so theoretically I'll be following on behind the last biggie..
Storm management...?
What's that...??

Re: Boatman's Latest Adventure

Boatie,

I think that would be a very nice trip, because of the boat and the character of the skipper.

When I saw that boat I thought it would make a great boat for Antiqua Race Week. Or for casual cruising.

As I recall, it had a very nice interior put in, much better looking than some of the other old 12 meter race boats.

Lucky crew.

Best wishes for a safe voyage for you and your crew!

Its a nice layout.. think she'll make a great Caribbean cruiser for the new owner once he's upgraded her stuff.. and apart from the trim tab pole running down the middle I love her to bits.. toy engine and all..
Mind.. I have not actually sailed her yet but I've a good feeling about her..

Weavis.. if I did that I'd take the fun out of it all... suffice it to say S as far as Cap Verde.. then W + a few degrees to make Antigua..
This way you lot get to choose what you would do.. given latest weather etc.. which I don't have on board.. and then see what I actually do..
Then everyone goes WTF... and the threads up and running off its own momentum..

It could be Blackpool to Lytham St Annes and it would be a "Grand Adventure"

Hmmmm.....

I am not sure I want to read the CF comments when Boatie takes off with Shaun the Sheep as the crew...

All good news, I was worried he would make Lena sleep on sail bags.

Re: Boatman's Latest Adventure

... if he is not too fast this webcam might catch him next: kielmonitor.de | Webcam | Webcam Laboe

This is Laboe at the east shore of Kiel Bay facing westerly ...
Wind is pretty light (Aktuelle Wind- & Wettermesswerte Kiel/Leuchtturm - Windfinder) but he might have a layline into the bay ...

There are webcams in the locks too, also in Kiel Canal. Summery of most cams can be found here: kielmonitor.de | Alle Webcams und Schiffe in Kiel

Regards
