Hi all,

My better half has been keeping a blog of our adventures. We bought a 30' O'Day in St Joseph, Michigan, and brought her home to the Detroit area.

This is Sheila's first real boat trip, in a new-to-us 40 something year old sailboat, with Feather- a young 60ish pound American Foxhound. I learned to ALWAYS bring a wrench big enough to properly torque engine mounts, and a bunch of other things.

Spoiler- we only sort of broke the dog. Apparently too much happy can cause injury.

We have bunches to learn- so please offer suggestions, get a laugh, or share stories with us.
