Best Marinas near Port St Lucie FL

Planning to move the yacht to east coast near Port St Lucie, and looking for some recommendations. Generally, do not like places with restriction lists as long as your arm ie Municipals. Spend some nights on boat, and want quick access to Bahamas when it's time to get away. Only know FL east coast waters from Miami south. Thanks.

Quick access to the Abacos out of Harbortown Fort Pierce

Sunset Bay in Stuart on the Okachobee waterway, just west of the Roosevelt Bridge is pretty nice, and have live a boards. I think they are a little fussy about sanding and things that would possible mess up neighboring boats, but you are close to Publix and to a couple of West Marines. St Lucie inlet isn't as bad as some make it out to be. A quick call to Sea Tow will give you current conditions and if the buoys are accurate. Port St Lucie is about halfway between Ft Pierce and St Lucie inlets.

Thanks for the recommendations. We toured the area on the weekend and have chosen Harbortown Ft Pierce due to amenities, proximity shopping and overall access to ocean & Bahamas. Nice folks too, friendly and straight forward.
