Barient 21 Self-Tailing Winch Capscrew

I have misplaced the capscrew for my circa 1987 Barient 21 Self-Tailing winch and am unable to find the part. Barient went out of business years ago.
The photo indicates the inner ring is threaded. Top view:

If they don't have it, they can make it. They bought all the documentation when Barient/Barlow went under.

If the above is not the correct part, from the same link (components referring to Barient/Barlow, meaning they will create the part from the drawings they bought from Barient) :

I had to get a part for a Barient 19 self tailing from them a few years ago.
Of course if you can get it cheaper from someone who doesn't need it anymore, that's great.

Chuck- the piece I found does not appear to be the same. Mine is flat w/o any threads, might be from a Barient 21 (not self tailing). Tim
