Anyone Own a Sabre 38 in S.E. Florida?

I am interested in buying a Sabre 38 Mk II but the ones that are on the market and of interest to me are in the N.E. and out of the water. I'd like to connect with a Sabre owner in S.E. Florida who can show me his/her boat and take me for a sail, for $ of course, before I fly up North to look at boats that are now on the hard.

There is a Sabre sailboat Yahoo group that is pretty active. I would suggest joining that group and posting your request there. The folks there can also give you some good insights into that model.
