Anyone live in/near Oriental N.C.?

Hi- there is a boat for sale in Oriental. I was wondering if someone nearby would be willing to go take a look at it. You know, just to see of it smells, if the teak is blanched out white like bleached bones, if the engine looks like it is a rusted mess.....I live about 7 hours away and am interested in this boat make (it is an Island Packet 27) but dont want to come all the way down if the boat doesn't show well. If you think it has potential...then I could come down and if interested get an actual survey.
