Anyone familiar with WaterCraft RIB?

I'm looking at a boat that includes a "WaterCraft 13' dinghy". From the partial photo it's a RIB.

I haven't heard of WaterCraft RIBs, and in doing a web search I found "Fluid Watercraft" RIBs, but they all seem to be much larger, commercial-type boats.

Anyone have experience with WaterCraft RIBs as a tender? Cost? Quality? Weight? Ease of use? Power requirements? Anything else?

Thanks!

Re: Anyone familiar with WaterCraft RIB?

Old UK commercial company used to be called Watercraft. They produced fast rescue craft and smaller ribs mainly for commercial organisations, often with foam tubes rather than air, but also did more normal air tubed ribs.

Now long gone, perhaps late 1980s

Re: Anyone familiar with WaterCraft RIB?

Hi Pete7 ... thanks for the info and the link.

Manufacture by a company that expired in the 80's would certainly explain why I can't find any info.
