Anyone Around Everett, Washington ?

I have been wandering if anyone is around Everett 12 street yacht basin.
There is a Alberg 30 for sale and have been wandering if anyone can possible have a quick look at it ( as I am in Australia, but thinking about purchasing Alberg).

I'm in Everett, and I love looking at sailboats for sale, especially when it's someone elses money being sunk into it!
