Another mystery boat

This boat was spotted on May 21, 2019 in Leverick Bay, Virgin Gorda.
Any idea what boat this is?

Re: Another mystery boat

It was anchored next to us in Cul de Sac Marin, Martinique last season. The man was Canadian. Younger woman partner was caring for the boat while he was away in Canada. Home built.

Wow! Impressive home build. Looks like the anchor chains retract into the hull on each side. Do you know if it is GRP or aluminum?

I don’t recall the material. It might even be cement. The guy claims it sails well. He’s been living aboard for a long time. Yes, anchors done the way they should be.
