Lightbulb Anchorage Rules, Places
Hey everybody!!
I was wondering if anyone knew what the real deal is at Port San Luis/ Avila beach area? Can you just anchor there or is it all Mooring balls run by the harbor? I'm trying to find a place to keep a 34 columbia for the winter while I work on her and get her ready to move into a marina. Thanks for any and all info, leads or jokes,
