Anchor alarms, maybe we need playful whale alarms?

I use my anchor alarm quite frequently, but mostly in fear of strong wind or current wreaking havoc, but I never thought I might need a playful whale alarm:

I don't know the whole story, but apparently an Orca got ahold of a boat on anchor, and decided to make a toy out of it.
