An Unsavory Incident in the Lesser Antilles from back in the day.

Would any old timers out there happen to recall the final outcome of a crime investigation that made national news sometime in the mid-nineties? It involved an heiress to a massive fortune who was arrested and subsequently incarcerated on suspicion of murduring a local water-taxi operator somewhere in the Lesser Antilles.

I evidently briefly met her acquaintance one afternoon at a marina in Puerto Rico months prior to the incident and have since wondered about the final resolution of the investigation.

(My apologies in advance for the unsavory tone of this posting...)
