Hi

I am in Greece living the life around the Ionian Islands. It's wonderful.

Less wonderful, I recently bought a 2.7 metre inflatable dinghy made by Adventure Boats. Looked respectful....but

The dinghy is a disaster, see the photo, a major hernia. MAJOR Leak the supplier is not supporting a guarantee claim (two years) and the manufacturers will not respond to my emails.

Has anyone else had experience with this company?

Well...I have been conned (expletive deleted)

I have received details about my dinghy from Adventure Boats and it is very clear it was not their issue. It was the people in Greece that sold me a pup !

I understand your mood, but I have to disappoint you a bit more.

Last delivery of Adventure boats to Greece was in 2010.

We`ve checked the HIN: UA-ADVT2718I006 this boat was made in 2010

and was exported in March 2010 to the company:

Have passed 6 years.

It is pity but you was sold the old boat like a new.

The waranty which is provided by manufacturer is 2 year for standard boats and 5 years for heavy duty. As usualy our dealers take care about warranty claims, repairs etc. But since 2011 we haven`t any dealer in Greece.

As we see from the pictures.The technological hole came unstuck (any kind of modern glue, even one of the best wich we use, can`t live more than 5 year. Especially in hot climate. Because of that fact we can`t give guarantee for a lifetime.

The boat can be easily repaired by any profecionals who produce or repair inflatables. If you ready to pay for 2 ways delivery Greece-Ukraine-Greece we can help you with repair.
