19ft & drifter

On my 19ft sailboat with fractional rig I have hank on drifter which is litte too big for jib hallyard but I can use it with spinnaker rig.
Now I would like to fly it from bowsprit outside of my lifelines but I am stuck onhow to rig it since luff is designated for hank on and there is nothing i can clip it. I was thinking on the line of making a 4mm dynema "stay" on which sail will be always connected and raised with it.
Also I have rwo infimite loop roller furler. Would it work with this kind of setup?
Any other ideas?

Re: 19ft & drifter

For sailing, the main question is how taut you can make the luff of the sail. If it's taut enough, you don't need a stay for sailing. If its outside the lifelines you WILL want to "catch" the sail using the hanks on the dyneema stay to keep it from dragging overboard when its lowered.
