Which islands? St.Martin or Guadeloupe

Hello,

I am planning a sailing trip in May on a charteryacht. But I dont know which of the islands I should choose. St. Maarten or Guadeloupe and their islands. Which aera is more worth to be sailed. What beauty, kitchen etc. is concerned.
I would be greatful for any advice.

A lot depends on your budget. IMO sailing from St Martin to Anguila, St. Barts, St. Eustatia is great at that time of year but Anguila prices are steep and crowded anchorage at St Barts can be problematic. Each area has it's pros and cons so it will be up to you and your comfort zone.
