What's up with Puerto Rico?
I've noticed a sudden trend of clients asking for coverage to keep their boats in Puerto Rico for the hurricane season. Usually folks ask for Grenada, Antigua, sometimes the VIs, but this seems to be a new and unusual trend, since they are right in the hurricane zone. Does anyone know what's up with that?

Covid. US boatowners are much more likely to easily access their boats in Puerto Rico in the future.

There is a trend right now to use PR as a tax haven. You might be seeing more people trying to establish residency for tax reasons.
