US Customs Location In Vieques

As a Canadian vessel I am required to clear in when I get to Vieques as well as other locations. Can someone please let me know the location of US Customs in Vieques?

Isla de Vieques doesn’t have a Customs & Border Protection office.
Puerto Rico ports of entry:
- Aguadilla
- Fajardo
- Luis Munoz Marin International Airport
- Mayaguez
- Ponce
- San Juan, PR (Area Port)-(Service Port)
U.S. Customs and Border Protection - Contacts

We have cleared a non-US boat in both Puerto Del Ray Marina in Fajardo and Club Nautico in Puerto Rico...our US cruising certificate obtained in the US was accepted as valid. When we paid for a US cruising certificate in Florida it cost $100 US less than when we paid for one in Fajardo...same document!
