Top Surveyors in the Caribbean (that Travel)

I am looking at boats in places like Colombia, Panama, and Costa Rica -

I am hearing local surveyors in these parts of the Caribbean can overlook a lot of important things and are generally working for the seller (or helping you get insurance) -

Does anyone have recommendations for high quality surveyors in this area, or who will travel to this area (I realize the cost will be high) - Maybe I could structure the survey, the more you find... the more I pay...

Also, I'm sure folks will question the location of my search, maybe we can keep that for another day? Please just help with the surveyor question if possible.
