Sunbay Marina in Fajardo, PR

Does anybody have any personal expearence with Sunbay? I've tried to contact Puerto del Ray several times with no response so I'm crossing them off my list of marinas. Sunbay e-mailed me a quote within 24 hours of the request.

Sunbay is only a couple of years old but has not many facilities compared to Puerto del Rey.
It is also closer to the town center of Fajardo.
I don't know why but it is always a problem to contact the guys at PDR for reservations. However I do prefer them to all other marinas in Fajardo.

Have a look at Google Earth for layout and location.

Dang, those are some clear photo's. I'd be better in PDR as they have more dock ends and are better protected. I wonder what the price difference will be. Do you have any idea how wide a beam they can haul out?

Price should be more or less the same. I know that they have a 77 ton Travel Lift but am not shure of the width. Should give them a call.
