The only guide I would use in the Exumas would be the one by Stephen Pavlidis. Without a doubt the benchmark for all other guides to this island chain. With the time you have, do Allen's, Norman's, land and sea park, Big Major (Where the pigs swim) and Staniel. With a big enough dinghy you could anchor at Big Major and dinghy over to Staniel for dinner and/or supplies.

Big 2nd on Pavlidis' Eleuthera/Exumas guidebook when used in conjunction with the Explorer Charts. I found Pavlidis' waypoints to be pretty much spot-on and very helpful.
