Rio Dulce marinas?

I am planning to cruise Belize this spring and haul out for storage at Rio Dulce. Any advice and suggestions welcome. -30ft sailboat, doing most work myself.

For dry storage your options are RAM Marine and Nana Juana.

Re: Rio Dulce marinas?

Ive used both, and Abels, at different times for different things. Depends mostly on what resources you need.

RAM is a full on USA style boat yard complete with a huge paint shed. They have the largest dry store space by far.

Nana Juana is more basic, with an articulated trailer to haul. Last time I used them their haul out rates were less expensive than RAM. Nana Juana also has a small resort, but you can also walk to it from RAM.

Both allow DIY work.
