Panamanian Surveyors?

Hi All!
I just had my offer on a 35' bluewater-type S/V accepted . The boat is on the Caribbean side of Panama and I was wondering if anyone out there could recommend a local surveyor? My spanish is pretty rudimentary so life would be much easier if he or she spoke english. Barring that, some marinas I could contact might also be helpful. Thanks for any help and suggestions!
