Panama to Colombia

Hi there, I and a friend are looking for passage from somewhere in Panama (we're currently in Panama City) to Colombia via San Blas Islands. Are there any captains out there heading in that direction in the next week or so? We're trying to circumvent the whole hostel-booking monopoly here and finiding it more difficult than expected.
