One way Charter Guadeloupe to Martinique

Looking to do a 7 day one way charter in Jun/Jul from Guadeloupe to Martinique vs 7 day from St. Vincent to Grenada. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Re: One way Charter Guadeloupe to Martinique

Skippered? Bareboat?
Catamaran or monohaul?

I'd do St-Vincent to Grenada. More places to stop and explore.
Bequia, Mayreau, Tobago Cays, Union, Carriacou, Then all the way down to Grenada.
Guadeloupe to Martinique would be better on a 10-14 day plan. IMO.

Dreamyacht Charters has bases on all these islands so might not cost has much getting the boat back to its base. They do charge to bring back the boat. They have to pay a skipper.

Check out LTD also. Chris has many good contacts in St-Vincent and Grenada.

Tks. Me and my two friends are experienced monohull sailors looking to bareboat a cat. If doing a round trip 7 day charter focused on Grenadines, any advantage sailing from Grenada vs St Vincent? Grenada seems a bit more accessible from Miami.

Yes getting to Grenada by plane is easier.
BUT
Keep in mind you will have to sail north. Good chance of you doing this upwind.
You also will need to clear out and check in to the Grenadines.
This both ways
Thats $ you would not have to spend if you only did the Grenadines from St-Vincent.
For a 7 day charter I do recommend you keep it simple.
You will want to spend 2 days in tobago cays.
Make sure that you and your friends are on the same page has to your objectives and desires are for this trip.
If you want to sail sail sail and they want to visit visit visit...You have a problem.
