New dinghy in Panama

Hi,
We are in Panama, Carribean side, and need to buy a new dinghy as the sun has now finally put an end to our old one. Looking for advice on where to buy one - could be a RIB of smaller size (AB Lamina 8UL/AL) or possibly a soft bottom type.
Can you buy at "export price" in the Colon Free Zone?
Anyone buy a dinghy lately in Panama who can suggest something?

Even a second hand one in good shape is highly interesting.

Checked with the AB factory in Colombia, and delivery time for the 8UL was presently 8 weeks in Cartagena, so that won´t work for us.

Another cruiser bought a dinghy from the Port Supply catalogue thru Capn Jacks at Portobelo and received it right there, but had to pay duty. Or check out the dinghy graveyard in Shelter Bay for something repairable.
