Does anyone know where you can fill water jugs in Marsh Harbor, Bahamas?

At any of the marinas for a fee, I am not aware of anyplace free.

Yep, Any of the marinas. But you will pay for water almost everywhere in the Bahamas, including Marsh Harbor.

Treasure Cay has free water in the marina. I always top off there when we clear customs.

It's well water. TC is on the "mainland" where they have wells. There is also an RO water plant next to the marina where you can buy it in gallon jugs or fill your own jerry jugs.

Interesting. Last time I was there, last year, they charged me for water at the fuel dock, even though I had bought about 20 gallons of diesel. Not complaining as the charge was $8.00 for maybe 50 gallons of water.
