Marinas of any country of caribbean

Hi everybody! Please prompt Marinas of any country of caribbean for next criterions:

1) it would be safely

2) not so much cost

3) if internet is available

4) it is not far to the hospital

5) to have opportunity to take a certificate of driving yacht (not expensive)

Would like marinas there especially there are family couples with children becouse not to be boring. Thank you for any information

The only place I have seen where you can find families with kids are in the Bahamas, Staniel and Georgetown. No where is cheap in the Eastern caribbean. If you want proximity to a hospital you need to be somewhere there is a big population. Guadeloupe, Antigua, probably St. Martin.
Cancun/Isla Mujeres is going to be good for medical, but on the pricy side, although south of there is a large marina which would not be expensive.

Lots of marinas in Rio Dulce, Guatemala. Kinda sorta family friendly.
