Marina or Private Docking - Exumas or Eleuthera

Hey everyone...

We are traveling down from Canada several times throughout the year to the Exuma and Eleuthera islands. We are looking for a private dock or secure marina that has reasonable access and amenities. North Eleuthera, Normans or Staniel Cay come to mind due to air access from Nassau and/or out of Ft. Lauderdale.

Thoughts, feedback and private or marina suggestions all appreciated.

Over on the Eleuthera side of the Exuma Sound some places you might consider are:
Spanish Wells - there is a good sheltered marina there called Yacht Haven;
Rock Sound about halfway down Eleuthera;
Cape Eleuthera Marina down on the south end;
and Davis Harbor Marina, also down on the south end.
Over on Great Exumas is George Town Marina and a little south George Town Marine.
