Manuel Reef Marine, Tortola - Opinions?

Does anyone have experience with Manuel Reef Marina on Tortola?

We're thinking about leaving a boat there for a few months and are curious about what others with experience might think about their management, safety, security, heavy weather protection, and ambience of the place.

Located away from downtown Roadtown and a little east of Nanny Cay, it seems like a good location. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
