While they have a good marina right by the fueldock there is a well protected, uncrowded bay to anchor in with 12 to 20' of clear water. A short dingy ride, (dingy dock at the Permex station) puts you right in the center of things.
I'd usually be anchoring out but I'm going in conjunction with a race from St. Pete....will have a full crew that I'm sure will be going in different directions for different events. Experience indicates that a marina is in order....
I believe I'll try the Lima Docks next to the fuel dock.
