Had he contacted them, it may have changed the appearance of the incident in the eyes of the authorities. Furthermore, its probably always best not to say any more than you need to when speaking to the police.

Dodge ASAP!! The alleged event happened in May and he was arrested in June.

Knowing that the attacker was okay when he left the boat, nothing good could happen from hanging around. If the attacker had not departed this earth, he could have come back thoroughly pissed about loosing and bringing some friends. To me an appropriate response would be to leave the mooring immediately. If questioned, there is a logical reason- fear of further attack.

Lets hope that the truth comes out and the cruiser walks.

Running could be taken as an admission of guilt. In this case there is a possible criminal charge. You don't want to be a fugitive. What you should do is make an immediate report to the police.

You are right, we do not know anything really, except that a person is being held in jail, and everything I have read has pointed in the direction of being there wrongfully. What ever happened to being innocent until proven gulty? There are quite a few that would like to believe that this man must have done something wrong or he would not be there. I ask you all, what if he has done nothing wrong, what if this was you?

Wonder if the incident happen in Rodney Bay area, be there dozen of times i never hear of any boarding with crew onboard, Gross islet is a Crack market full of drug dealers , we dont know what happen and we dont know the whole history , and as i say before there is no autopsy info anywhere , so we dont know the real cause of death, pure speculation.... but sounds to me a bad drug deal......who know?
