Getting fish home?

Hey all!
I am bareboat chartering a FP Tana 47 out of St. Thomas and we will be fishing the south drop and north drop. If we get into some fish is there any way to ship it back home to Colorado? Any shipping services? I have a 11.5 layover on flight home so taking it in checked luggage isn't an option. Thanks!

Re: Getting fish home?

Off of the top of my head, canning.

Look on the web for canning companies or Fish Markets in St. Thomas. What is customary here in So Cal is that they take your fish, say Blue Fin Tuna, and trade a smaller amount of the same species.

There may be something similar in St. Thomas.
