Flying & Taxi/Water Taxi

I would like to start planning a non sailing trip to Bahamas in late Jan early Feb 09. I am not ready to buy a boat yet, but would still like to go and chill.

I assume I fly into Nassau, but from there I want to head out to Hopetown or the like.

Has anyone done this? Any tips?

There are two International Airports in the Abacos - Marsh Harbour* & Treasure Cay.
* Close to Hope Town, Elbow Cay.

Several airlines fly direct from Florida to Abaco. Check with your travel agent for connections.
