First time Passage SVG to PR

Hello,

Providing Covid rules don't change;

flying into Saint Vincent Dec. 10 to join my brother on his, new to him, lagoon 400 S2 with a destination of probably Fajardo PR. weather permitting we hope to leave SVG on the 11th.

Both of us are experienced lake sailors and have chartered in BVI's and windward islands before but this is first passage.

Anyone with recommendations as to route or expected weather and winds ?

should we go direct route straight to PR, passing to the East of Isla Aves or head west first then straight up passing West of Isla Aves ?

Or may be a more cautious route and hug the Islands on the way up ?

Any covid protocol info/test site recommendations in PR for covid testing before flying back to canada on 18th ?

Saint Vincent has very strict protocols for visitors and yachts entering the country. Dec 1st reported 44 new cases of Covid and 2 deaths. Not sure about now but I understand that they had been requiring all visitors to be guaranteed for 2 weeks even if they were fully vaccinated. I believe they also require a negative covid test within 24 or 48 hours.
